Urgently required looking for CH Officer and 2nd Officer

Urgently required looking for CH Officer (Chief Officer on ships of
between 500 - 3000 GT NearCoastal) for Offshore Works Malaysia with
Salary scale : RM 10k - RM 13k/Month, and per month : RM 13.000. The
requierments as follows :

1. Chief Officer is the one who responsible in event of the incapacity
of the master, they are second in charge, having the ability of the
master, not the responsibility. Aside from watchkeeping duties, chief
officer is responsible for the supervision of the second mate, Third
Mate, Bosun. The chief Officer monitors all third party people as they
work on the deck. In addition, the chief Mate assist the Master of
excercise control effectively over marine operations with appriopiate
regard for the protection of the environment, maintenance of equipment
and personal safety.
2. Chief offcier also has reponsibility of making sure that all local
and international laws related to vessel oepartion are being followed ,
and all pollution, regulations are being met. The chief officer overseas
the maintenance of live saving, fire fighting, deck and lifting
equipment in addition to maintaining the exterior of the vessel . The
chef mate must take sure that the equipment and materials and are all
loaded and safely stowed away onboard, labelled and secured according to
regulations. The chief Mate must also make sure that the vesselis
maintained and operated according to the guidelines as they are stated
in the Marine Operations Manual.
3. Experience with Survey Vessel/Offshore Vessel with oil Major Petronas, Shell, Exxon, BSP, etc.
4. Good experience with 4 point mooring Operation.
5. Good english and Medically Fit to work Offshore
6. Holding valid certificate, training, certificate nd other certificate.
7. Have good knowledge and understanding on vsl ops, system, regulation and also paper work.
8. 2-3 years duties as ch officer
7. Good knowledge of a ship's management SMS and a wide experience and knowledge of Offshore operations.

Officer on ships of 500GT or more unlimited) for Offshore Works Malaysia
with Salary scale : RM 6kk - RM 7k/Month, and per month : RM 7.000. The
requierments as follows :

1. Deck officer next in rank below chief officer of a vessel
2. Directs other officers and all members of the deck crew on all
matters pertaining to the safe operation and maintenance of the vsl
3. Under orders of Masters of Chief Officer, overseas all work and
maintenance in deck department, assumes charge of car deck during
loading and unloading operations
4. Stands as watch officer in charge on bridge during normal operations
5. Creats and posts watch assignments. Conducts fire and both drills, takes charge at scene in emergencies.
6. Maintains record of stores and equipment in the deck department; approves requisitions
7. Good knowledge of a ship's management sms and a wide experience and knowledge of offshore operations.
8. Good english and Medically FIT to work Offshore
9. Holding vai cert, Training cert, and other certificate
10. Have good knowledge and understanding on vsl ops, system, regulation and also in paper work.
11. Know how to do plan voyage.
